Forest Whitaker is to play music legend Louis Armstrong in a new biopic 'What a Wonderful World'. He's just received the approval of the Louis Armstrong estate. Armstrong died in 1971 after a remarkable career.
Whitaker seems to be a fan. "Armstrong left a monumental mark on our lives and our culture'" he says
Whitaker's last major musical role was as Charlie Parker in Clint Eastwood's Bird.
